THE HOUSE
Ground Floor.
Large Entrance Hall with Racing, Hunting, Sporting Prints and Trophies
Main Room 60 by 20 ft. An open plan living, cooking and dining area with a huge open fireplace, 2 large sofas and armchair, T.V/ Sky/ SkyPlus/ Video/ DVD player, Broadband Connection, a central “Island” with 7 bar stools and a dining table which seats 14. The Kitchen area has 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/ freezers, one large cooker, with 5 gas rings and an electric oven, and a secondary electric cooker with oven and ceramic top and a microwave. There are extensive appliances; mixers, slicer, 2 coffee machines, toaster, juicer, kettle etc plus all the commensurate glassware, plates, dishes and cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a large shelved bookcase with books, reference books, games and wooden jigsaws. There is Underfloor heating throughout.
Study a smaller cosy room filled with photos taken by the owner, desk, sofa and armchair. TV/ Freeview and DVD player and Playstation. A place to escape to if the house is full of young!
Hall The HALL has a selection of games, bats, balls ,rackets, tennis balls, croquet set, wellingtons and a dresser with an indexed list and 700 videos and DVD's.
On the other side of the hall are Bedrooms No 1 + No 2 (each 16 by 16 ft) with King Size Double Beds, Hanging Cupboards, Dressing Table, Chest of Drawers and radiators, sharing Bathroom (No 1) Bath, Loo , Hand Basin and Radiator. These two bedrooms have great early morning views of the fortified village of Castera Lectourois to the S.E, as the sun rises. Off these bedrooms is the Old Hall, a further Loo and Utility Room with Washing Machine, Dryer, and Ironing Board etc
On the North side of the house, approached through the study is Bedroom 3 (18 by 20ft) Double King Size Bed, Sofa, Armoire, Chest of Drawers and Radiators, with Door to terrace and pool and ensuite Bathroom No 2 with Bath, Shower, Loo, Stone Double Basin, Heated Towel Rail and Radiator.
